A training room with character

Have you ever had a room in your home or workplace that hardly gets used? Well, we found ourselves in a similar situation at our office. When we made the move to our new office in Kimironko back in May, we were thrilled about having our very own training room. It turned out to be everything we had hoped for, and we wasted no time in using it for our internal training sessions. The atmosphere it created was simply delightful, and it made our training experiences all the more enjoyable

But we couldn’t help but wonder: What would people from outside our organization think about this agreeable space? We got our answer when we organized a validation workshop for 15 teachers while working on an assignment for the British Council. To our delight, the teachers felt right at home in our training room.
